Returns

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons – beauty and personal care items – we cannot accept returns. All sales are final.
Refunds

Refunds can only be processed for products that were received in a damaged condition. However, it is our discretion to exchange damaged products immediately when reported (see "Exchanges" below). Damaged products must be reported via email: madelabell.info@gmail.com.

Once we receive your report, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Shipping

Please do not ship any products back to us. As noted above, we do not accept returns.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Damages must be reported immediately upon delivery of your order. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please send an email to madelabell.info@gmail.com with videos, photo and details of your issue.
