Processing Time & Shipping Time

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-4 business days.

• Shipping Time: We allow ourselves 1-8 business days (Monday to Friday) to ship orders. The reason for this timeframe is that we handcrafted all our products in small batches. Despite our best efforts, occasional delays may occur.

• Standard Shipping: Takes 4-9 business days to arrive.

• Xpress Mail: A faster shipping option that takes 1-3 business days. (This option is more expensive.)

Shipping Costs

• Shipping is calculated at checkout.

​Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to track your package conveniently.

Please note: Canada Post charges high rates for shipments to certain remote areas. If this applies to your order, we may need to charge additional shipping fees. We will contact you to discuss available shipping options before dispatching your order.

Order Cancellation

• If you need to cancel your order or update the shipping address, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel or amend it.

Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

• The recipient is unavailable to receive the package.

• The recipient refused to accept the package.​

The package will be returned to us at the customer’s expense. This expense includes shipping costs and any duties or taxes incurred. These amounts will be deducted from your refund. In cases where the package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the package to the correct address.
